ROLE
We are looking for a results-driven
Digital Marketing Specialist
to drive user acquisition, product adoption, engagement, and retention across BAFF's digital channels. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ikorodu.
You'll develop and execute data-driven growth marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate qualified users, and improve customer lifetime value. Working closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Design teams, you'll optimize the customer journey from awareness through activation and retention.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and other relevant platforms.
• Drive user acquisition through paid media, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, referral campaigns, and partnership initiatives.
• Improve product adoption by developing lifecycle marketing campaigns, onboarding journeys, and customer engagement strategies.
• Create compelling content for social media, blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and product launches.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, creatives, messaging, and conversion funnels to improve performance.
• Track and report on key growth metrics including CAC, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, retention, engagement, LTV, and ROI.
• Collaborate with Product teams to launch new features, campaigns, and customer education initiatives.
• Manage BAFF's online community and maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
• Stay up to date with SaaS, fintech, and digital marketing trends to identify new growth opportunities.
