Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing initiatives across both traditional and digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of 360-degree marketing, with proven experience developing integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
• Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and online advertising.
• Coordinate traditional marketing efforts such as PR, events, outdoor advertising, print media, radio, and television campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends.
• Collaborate with sales and other internal teams to generate leads and support business growth.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal return on investment (ROI).
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
• Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing communications.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of marketing experience, with hands-on exposure to both digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Demonstrated experience in 360-degree marketing and integrated campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
• Experience in brand management, lead generation, and campaign performance analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Professional marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
• Experience managing marketing teams or coordinating cross-functional projects.
