• Actively source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
• Identify and engage passive candidates for various roles
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
• Collaborate with hiring managers/clients to understand role requirements
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
• Track and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sourcing or recruitment
• Strong skills in headhunting and candidate outreach
• Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with a strong sense of urgency
