Job Summary
Our client, a growing interior design and decoration company based in Lekki, is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and execution-focused Project Manager / Executive Assistant to support project delivery and executive operations.
The successful candidate will oversee interior project coordination from planning through execution while also providing executive support to the CEO through calendar management, scheduling, coordination, and operational follow-through.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and is comfortable balancing project execution with executive support responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Operations
• Coordinate and monitor interior design and decoration projects from initiation to completion.
• Track timelines, deliverables, budgets, procurement activities, and project milestones.
• Liaise with vendors, artisans, contractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure timely execution.
• Conduct site visits where required and monitor project progress.
• Support procurement and sourcing activities for project materials and installations.
• Prepare project reports, updates, and status trackers for Management.
• Identify delays or operational issues and proactively drive resolution.
• Ensure projects meet quality expectations and client timelines.
Executive Support
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
• Organize schedules, reminders, travel plans, and executive priorities.
• Support documentation, presentations, reports, and administrative coordination.
• Track action items and ensure timely execution of decisions.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Project Coordination, Operations, Executive Assistance, Interior Design Operations, Construction Coordination, or related fields.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-through ability.
• Strong scheduling and calendar management experience.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience in interior design, construction, architecture, fit-out, or related industries is an advantage.
