About the Role Our client is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Transformation Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives in Bauchi, Bauchi, NG . Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of business transformation projects. Develop comprehensive project charters, plans, budgets, and timelines. Identify key stakeholders and manage their engagement throughout the project lifecycle. Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement and innovation. Develop and implement strategies for change management and organizational alignment. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure projects deliver the intended business benefits and return on investment. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support change adoption. Communicate project updates and outcomes effectively to all levels of the organization. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of new processes and systems. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on business transformation or strategic initiatives. Proven track record of successfully leading complex change management projects. In-depth knowledge of business process modeling, re-engineering, and optimization. Experience with various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean). Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, SAP). Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Experience working in Bauchi, Bauchi, NG or with organizations in similar markets is advantageous.
