Description:
• Support the facilitation and adherence to the employee Performance Management cycle, ensuring timely goal setting, reviews, and appraisals.
• Assist in implementing attraction and recruitment initiatives, including shortlisting, interview coordination, and onboarding strategies.
• Coordinate the probation confirmation process for new staff, ensuring adherence to policy timelines.
• Implement Career Management programmes for employees, including talent mapping, succession planning, and individual development plans.
• Coordinate the implementation of departmental/divisional recognition programmes and actively promote participation in the Group Recognition Programme.
• Manage exit formalities, including the coordination of exit interviews, knowledge transfer processes, and final clearance for exiting staff.
• Work with line managers and Organizational Development OD to review and update organizational structures, job profiles, and job evaluations as required.
• Support the Industrial Relations team by coordinating Regional Employee Council Meetings, identifying workplace concerns, and reporting actionable outcomes.
• Plan and execute staff engagement initiatives such as Village Meetings, TGIF events, and feedback sessions to enhance workplace morale and inclusion.
• Maintain and regularly update HR data and analytics dashboards for reporting and decision-making.
Education:
• First degree in related discipline
• Fluent in English
• A professional qualification of CIPMN, CIPD, SHRM, HRCI is desirable.
Experience:
3-7 years’ experience which includes
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising others
• Experience working in a medium organization.
• Experience in internal audit function
