About the Role
ASA Security Limited is seeking experienced and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team in Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company's security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and institutional clients.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably within security services, technology, telecommunications, facilities management, or related industries.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Good understanding of corporate sales processes and client acquisition strategies.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
