Job Description
Reports To: Manager - Regional Marketing Devices Division: Marketing Mission:

> Provide analytical, technical, and operational support for cascading MTN’s

> brand strategy, sponsorships, and commercial plans to the regions through

> insight generation, campaign development & deployment, activations, project

> management, post evaluation, and reporting. Description:

> Develop regional marketing localized campaign briefs based on regional

> insights to cascade national campaigns to the regions

> Collate market insights and maintain the regional competitive intelligence

> database.

> Develop regional marketing tactical plans and activation initiatives for

> product education and uptake

> Work with the integrated marketing agencies to develop regional

> communication and BTL campaigns for product uptake

> Support the planning, coordination, and tracking of regional campaign

> execution across multiple channels (digital, OOH, traditional,

> experiential, trade).

> Manage and update deployment trackers, creative material logs, and vendor

> schedules to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.

> Track campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, and

> adoption) and produce weekly/monthly reports using Power BI and Excel

> dashboards.

> Conduct trade visibility audits and ensure MTN’s brand identity compliance

> across POS, retail, and promotional materials.

> Assist in organizing regional activations and sponsorships alongside

> post-event analysis to measure ROI and customer sentiment.

> Maintain detailed documentation for all campaigns, including status

> updates, signoffs, agency deliverables, and feedback reports.

> Liaise with the Regional Sales and CEX teams to track customer feedback and

> integrate insights into campaign refinements.

> Ensure operational alignment with MTN’s Responsible Marketing and

> Advertising Policy and compliance with regulatory guidelines. Education:

> Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Statistics, Business Administration or

> related field

> A postgraduate diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or a related

> discipline would be an added advantage

> APCON Certification

> Fluency in English and other local languages Experience:

3-7 years’ experience which includes

> Experience with Excel, Power point, Power BI or similar analytics tools

> Understanding of regional marketing or FMCG/telco field environment

> Strong proactive and execution skills

> Strong stakeholders’ management
