🚨 URGENT HIRING: Project Manager (Architecture & Facility Management)
📍 Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary: ₦700,000 NET
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead construction and refurbishment projects from concept to operational handover, integrating architectural design with facility management to deliver high-performing, sustainable built environments.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' project management experience
At least 3 years in Architecture & Facility Management
HND/BSc/MSc in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
Experience delivering multidisciplinary construction/refurbishment projects
Proficiency in Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Project, CAFM/CMMS, asset lifecycle management, PPM, and value engineering
Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, RICS, IFMA, IWFM, COREN, ARCON, etc.) are an added advantage
