Job Summary

Our client is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand the solar business across Southern Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have at least five (5) years of sales experience in the solar energy, engineering, or construction sector, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and close large-scale solar energy projects.

• Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, distributors, developers, and government stakeholders.

• Develop winning proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations.

• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or business development within the solar energy, renewable energy, engineering, or construction sector.

• Proven success in closing large-scale solar projects.

• Strong understanding of the Nigerian energy market and solar solutions.

• Established network of clients and stakeholders in Southern Nigeria.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or a related field is an added advantage.

• Must reside in Southern Nigeria and be willing to travel across the region.
