Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing and brand strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
• Manage digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid campaigns.
• Oversee the company website and online presence.
• Lead product launch campaigns, promotions, and influencer partnerships.
• Drive distributor acquisition and customer engagement.
• Manage marketing budgets, calendars, and campaign performance.
Lead and mentor the marketing team.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, food manufacturing, or consumer goods.
• Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and teams.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, content, influencer, product, and performance marketing.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Digital Marketing certifications are an added advantage.
