About the Role
• Lead the delivery of human resource operations at the facility, ensuring effective recruitment, employee relations, performance, and HR administration in line with organisational policy and labour regulations.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding for the facility, partnering with hiring managers to meet workforce needs.
• Administer employee lifecycle processes confirmation, transfers, promotions, exits and maintain accurate personnel records.
• Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary processes and staff welfare, in line with policy and Nigerian labour law.
• Coordinate the facility’s performance management cycle, supporting managers on goal‑setting, appraisals and development plans.
• Administer payroll inputs, leave, attendance and benefits in coordination with Finance and Head Office HCM.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development interventions for facility staff.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures and statutory requirements pension, PAYE, NHF, NSITF are complied with.
• Supervise, mentor and develop the Human Resource Officer.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics headcount, turnover, absence for management.
• Champion staff engagement and a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Social Sciences or a related field, plus completion of NYSC or a valid exemption where applicable.
• Minimum of 5–7 years’ HR generalist experience, with at least 2 years at a senior or supervisory level.
