Key Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Support the onboarding of new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately. Maintain employee records and HR filing systems, ensuring data integrity. Provide administrative support for HR functions, such as benefits administration and payroll preparation. Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. Assist in organizing company events and training sessions. Help prepare HR reports and presentations. Ensure compliance with company policies and basic labor regulations. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment. Undertake other HR-related tasks as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 0-1 year of experience in an HR-related role or internship. Basic understanding of HR principles and practices. Knowledge of Nigerian labor law is an advantage. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow in the HR field.
