Fiscal 12 is a strategic finance and fractional CFO advisory firm that helps manufacturing and product-based businesses scale profitably. We work closely with business owners to provide financial clarity, improve decision-making and build scalable finance and accounting functions.

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to build a career in finance, accounting and business advisory. You will receive hands-on exposure to financial reporting, analysis, accounting operations, process improvement and client support while working alongside experienced finance professionals.

Role Description

As a Junior Analyst, you will support our client delivery teams across a variety of finance and accounting projects, including:

Accounting & Financial Operations

• Assist with account reconciliations and month-end close activities.

• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

• Assist with preparing journal entries and supporting schedules.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.

• Support financial data analysis and variance investigations.

• Help compile and organize financial information for client reporting.

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking activities.

• Participate in special projects across multiple client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience. Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme is required.

• Strong interest in finance, accounting and business operations.

• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Odoo, or similar platforms.

• Progress toward a professional qualification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent).

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft 365 applications.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
