• We are in need of an experienced HR / Admin Specialist to join our team.
• This unique role combines legal experiencewith Human resources/Admin responsibilities to ensure compliance to company's policies andmanage employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
• Attract, source, and screen potential candidates for job openings.
• Coordinate and manage interview processes.
• Prepare offer letters for new employees, conduct orientation and onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Conducttraining sessions to familiarize staff with our company's code of conduct, ensuring strict adherence to organizational rules and regulations.
• Address employee inquiries and concerns, acting as a point of contact between employees and management.
• Implement and enforce company policies, ensuring compliance by all employees.
• Conduct performance reviews, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure employment law compliance
• Create and maintain employee engagement initiatives
• Perform office administrative duties.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Law, LLM & CIPM will be an added advantage
• At least 5 years post call to bar work experience.
• Proven experience in HR/Admin roles, preferably in a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
