Job Position: Human Resource Officer

Summary
• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team and contribute to the smooth and efficient running of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support across core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Assist with posting job vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating recruitment activities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both physical and electronic)
• Support payroll preparation by collating attendance and relevant HR data
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees
• Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee welfare initiatives
• Respond to employee inquiries and escalate issues appropriately
• Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation as required
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and labour regulations
• Perform other HR or administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
• 2 - 3 years of experience in HR or a related field
• Basic knowledge of HR processes, policies, and Nigerian labour laws
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
• Proactive, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
