Telecom towers don't build themselves — and they certainly don't maintain themselves. Behind every site that goes live on time, on budget, and built to last is a Project Manager who owns the ground game from acquisition to handover.

, we're expanding our footprint across Nigeria, and we're looking for a
Project Manager - Civil
to drive the full lifecycle of our TowerCo site builds — from site identification and acquisition through structural design, construction, quality audits, and ongoing site maintenance.

What you'll own

• Execute site build preliminary works: Site Survey and Soil Test.

• Develop foundation design and tower structural design based on the tower load (static and dynamic).

• Supervise the structural engineering aspects of telecom tower and infrastructure builds.

• Ensure technical specifications for tower build are aligned with company and industry standards.

• Monitor project progress and make real-time adjustments to ensure timelydelivery.

• Provide periodic reports on project progress

• Conduct Acceptance Protocol for executed civil projects in accordance with required quality standards.

• Develop and implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

• Conduct regular structural assessment of existing towers

• Supervise the remedial measures required for tower retrofit, including minor corrections

• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to construction and safety standards.

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, field technicians, and vendors.

What we're looking for

• B.SC/HND in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 5 years' experience in the telecoms tower industry

• Strong knowledge of structural engineering, tower construction, and telecom industry standards.

• Excellent knowledge of telecoms regulations and standards.

• Experience with telecoms infrastructure projects (e.g., cell towers, fiber optic networks)

• Experience with tower structural analysis

• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,with the abilityto communicate complex findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.

• Sound judgment, integrity, and ethical conductin dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
