CareNest Home Healthcare is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and professional Registered Nurses to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. We welcome applications from both newly qualified and experienced nurses who are passionate about delivering safe, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
• Provide professional nursing care in patients’ homes.
• Monitor patients’ condition and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and progress notes.
• Educate patients and their families on home care.
• Observe and promptly report changes in patients’ conditions.
• Adhere to infection prevention and control practices.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards at all times.
Requirements
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing licence.
• No previous work experience is required. Newly qualified nurses are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₦30,000.00 per week
