About the Role
We are hiring an experienced, commercially minded Product Marketing Manager to lead the growth and market adoption of JobVoy AI.
This is not a general social media role. The successful candidate must understand how to position a digital product, identify the right audience, build effective acquisition campaigns and turn product value into measurable sign-ups, engagement and revenue.
You will own JobVoy AI’s go-to-market strategy, product positioning, campaign execution and demand-generation activities. You will work closely with the product, content, sales and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for JobVoy AI.
• Conduct market, customer and competitor research.
• Define clear product positioning, messaging and audience segments.
• Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns and growth experiments.
• Create and coordinate landing pages, email campaigns, case studies, sales materials and social media campaigns.
• Manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn.
• Build and optimize acquisition, activation and conversion funnels.
• Improve product sign-ups, onboarding, engagement and retention.
• Monitor campaign and product performance using analytics and customer insights.
• Work with the product team to translate features into compelling customer benefits.
• Collaborate with sales, content and leadership teams to improve market adoption.
• Use AI tools to improve research, campaign planning, reporting, testing and content production.
Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing or digital product acquisition.
• Strong experience marketing digital products, platforms, SaaS solutions or technology-enabled services.
• Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and conversion-rate optimization.
• Experience with SEO, email marketing, CRM systems and marketing automation.
• Excellent copywriting, product storytelling and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data.
• Demonstrated professional use of AI productivity and marketing tools.
• Experience working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
• A portfolio or documented examples of campaigns and results.
