ABOUT THE JOB

The role will be a key part of the AH Marketing team and will aim to improve business outcomes (volume, revenue, market share) for the E-commerce channels, working closely with important stakeholders such as e-commerce, and Portfolio marketing. The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for driving digital engagement, content strategy, and commerce initiatives across multiple digital platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive online sales performance.

IS THIS YOU?

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Visual Communication, Digital Media

• 5+ years of experience including Sales, eCommerce, digital content creation and performance marketing

• Data driven and analytical

• Innovative & strategic mindset

• Experience with analytics tools, including Google Analytics

• Familiarity with A/B testing including program development and performance measurement

• Ability to work cross functionally and coordinate effectively

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and high ability to influence senior stakeholders and peers.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• In collaboration with eCommerce and Marketing team, identify B2B micro-occasions to drive different consumption/purchase moments of Coca-Cola and other brands across eCommerce platforms.

• Plan and execute contents in line with brad messaging ensuring strong digital presence on customer platforms

• Monitor the online ordering channel campaign performance, and ensure acquisition and retention growth

• Co-create the B2B marketing campaigns as part of the annual brand planning process.

• Co-create relevant content in line with the brand guidelines as well as the occasions/moments we want to drive for the specific activations.

• Where available, source ready-made content and adapt it to the country/platform requirements (language, local pack update etc...), update existing A+ content with new designs and text callouts, ensuring that they are optimized for increased conversion rates

• Integrate innovation strategy and NPD pipeline into the platform plans (insights, consumer & shopper content, customer selling story)

• Channel plan (channel LOS, standard merchandising / assets menu, trade programs, customer segmentation) – accountable for the delivery of all website, email, push notification content accordingly.

• Create graphics and visual assets for Brand Stores

• Ensure on time in full delivery of B2B toolkit developed by TCCC
