About the Role
• We are looking to hire a proactive and experienced Senior HR Officer to support its people operations and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour regulations, and company procedures.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance resolution.
• Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and employee databases.
• Coordinate learning and development programmes.
• Drive employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management.
• Support payroll administration and leave management.
• Partner with business leaders to deliver effective HR solutions.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years' progressive HR experience in a structured organization.
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
• Sound knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Strong recruitment, employee relations, and performance management experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS tools is an advantage.
• Must be Female
• Candidates must reside within or around the Lekki, Chevron, Ajah, Ikate, or Victoria Island axis.
