JOB SUMMARY
RequirementsA minimum of OND, HND or BSc in any field of study.1 - 3 years of sales experience in a related field within the financial services industry. Experience in lending and/or collections is an added advantage.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage potential customers within the business unit to introduce and offer our loan products.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers,, understanding their financial requirements and presenting appropriate solutions.Meet and exceed sales targets by actively pursuing sales opportunities and effectively managing client relationships.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the loan process.Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies for expanding our reach within the business and achieving revenue goals.Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
