Job Description
Location- Victoria Island (VI) , Lagos

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000 per month (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales within an assigned sales channel to achieve company sales targets.

• Execute all assigned product activations and promotional activities.

• Visit customers' locations to develop sales opportunities for assigned products.

• Plan and implement market activations, promotional campaigns, and brand-building events to increase product visibility, consumer engagement, and sales performance across Open Market and Modern Market channels.

• Build, manage, and expand a strong customer base by promoting the company's product portfolio and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

• Handle customer complaints and liaise with management to ensure timely resolution.

• Supervise product activation activities across various sales channels.

• Identify and secure potential activation partners.

• Drive sales growth across assigned regions and key accounts by implementing effective sales strategies.

• Develop and strengthen the company's network of wholesalers and distributors.

• Create detailed profiles of key accounts to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

• Prepare and submit accurate journey plans, sales reports, and activity reports in line with company requirements.

Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦400,000.00 per month
