About the Role
Lifted Career Coaching Center is an elite training and professional development academy. We are searching for a creative, agile, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Media Officer to take absolute ownership of our brand's digital presence and lead generation ecosystem.
This is a 100% remote execution role designed for a multimedia generalist who understands how to tell compelling brand stories, design premium visual assets, manage online communities, and turn social media engagement into active student enrollments.
Core Responsibilities
• Graphic Design & Video Production: Conceptualize and design high-converting social media graphics (flyers, carousels) and edit high-retention short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) from raw footage.
• Content Management & Scheduling: Build, organize, and maintain a consistent monthly content calendar across our core platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Community Management & Engagement: Actively monitor, respond to, and nurture conversations across post comments, direct messages (DMs), and student community channels.
• Inbound Lead Generation: Build clean inbound pipelines by professionally handling prospect inquiries and guiding them toward our registration funnels.
Key Requirements & Technical Baseline
• Minimum Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on post-qualification experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content production, backed by tangible proof of past work.
• Proven skill in graphic design (Canva/Adobe) and short-form video editing (CapCut/Premiere Pro).
• Strong copywriting skills with an eye for detail, clean layout, and visual formatting.
• High digital literacy and comfort using modern cloud databases and workspace systems.
• Essential Setup: A functional, high-performance laptop, reliable high-speed internet, and a working power backup setup.
Working Hours
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM WAT (Core content production, scheduling, and active database management).
• Saturdays: Light duty (Cohort launch monitoring and weekly record finalization).
• Sundays: Rest Day.
