Description • The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our employees. The core focus of this role is twofold: driving strategic recruitment to build a top-tier workforce and implementing effective personnel management to foster a productive, compliant, and engaging work environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: End-to-end recruitment management including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates for production, sales, and administrative roles.
• People Management: Oversee daily HR operations, employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management to maintain high morale and productivity.
• Compliance: Ensure all company policies and employment practices align strictly with Nigerian Labour Laws and industry regulations.
• Records & Payroll Support: Maintain accurate and confidential employee databases, track attendance, and assist in payroll administration.
• Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to enhance staff capabilities, particularly for factory and field sales teams.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Gender: Female
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Personnel Management, or a related social science field.
• Experience:3 to 5 years of proven experience as an HR Specialist or HR Manager, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
• Professional Certification: Certification from CIPM (Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria) is a major advantage.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Laws, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in HR software/MS Office.Attributes: Exceptional leadership abilities, high emotional intelligence, and a problem-solving mindset.
