Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals professionally.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, complaints, and after sales support.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and timely product delivery.
