Responsibilities:
• Communicating with potential and existing customers via email, chat, and calls
• Reaching out to prospects and guiding them through the product experience
• Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting customers' onboarding and answering product questions
• Conducting or assisting with product demos and client meetings
• Learning new tools, workflows, and tasks as business demands change.
