• Conduct site energy audits, load profiling, and feasibility studies for solar, hybrid, and battery storage solutions.
• Design optimal energy mix (Solar + Lithium-ion + Genset) based on site class, grid availability, and tenancy ratio.
• Prepare CAPEX/OPEX models and ROI projections for management approval.
Deployment & Project Execution
• Manage end-to-end deployment of alternative energy systems across greenfield and brownfield tower sites.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Civil, RF, Operations) and external contractors for seamless installation with zero downtime.
• Procure and manage inventory of solar panels, inverters, charge controllers, BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems), and remote monitoring systems (RMS).
• Ensure all deployments adhere to PAT’s HSE standards, local building codes, and manufacturer specifications.

Management of Alternative Energy Assets
• Oversee commissioning, performance testing, and handover to operations.
• Monitor real-time energy data via PAT’s Network Operations Center (NOC) and remote telemetry systems.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for underperforming sites (e.g., battery degradation, inverter faults, hybrid inefficiency).
• Manage third-party O&M vendors for preventive and corrective maintenance of grid and hybrid systems.

Performance Optimization & Reporting
• Track key KPIs: Site Uptime (≥99.5%), Diesel Reduction (Liters/site/month), Battery Autonomy (Hours), and Energy Cost per Site
• Generate weekly dashboards on energy savings, carbon reduction, and system health for senior leadership.
• Continuously pilot and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., hydrogen fuel cells, wind hybrids, AI driven EMS).

Stakeholder & Vendor Management
