Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy & Execution:
Developing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Team Leadership &
Development: Managing, mentoring, and
motivating a sales team to exceed goals.
This includes performance reviews and professional development.
• Relationship Management: Building
and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and
stakeholders.
• Business Development: Identifying
and pursuing new business opportunities and staying abreast of market trends.
• Performance Monitoring &
Analysis: Tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and identifying areas for
improvement. Using CRM is essential.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Working effectively with marketing, product, and other teams.
• Industry Knowledge: Staying
informed about industry trends, competitors, and best practices.
• Networking: Representing the
company at industry events.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (MBA
preferred) in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in
sales management, ideally within a related industry.
• Strong leadership,
communication, strategic thinking, data analysis, and relationship-building
skills. CRM proficiency, team
management, travel flexibility, and customer focus are musts.
• Integrity, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to travel
frequently.
Remuneration: NGN 400,000 - N600,000 Gross monthly
