• Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms.
• Respond promptly and professionally to messages, comments, and customer inquiries.
• Monitor social media activity and identify opportunities to increase engagement.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and suggest creative content ideas.
• Collaborate with our team to plan campaigns and promote products, services, and events.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
Requirements:
• Strong graphic design skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics is a plus.
