Digital Marketing & Creative Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-oriented Digital Marketing & Creative Executive to manage our online presence, develop engaging content, execute digital marketing campaigns, and support business growth through effective lead generation strategies.
The ideal candidate should have strong skills in content creation, social media management, video editing, SEO, digital marketing, and performance tracking across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and Google Business Profile.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

• Create engaging content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, captions, and promotional materials.

• Manage and grow social media pages across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.

• Plan, schedule, and publish content consistently across digital channels.

• Create and edit short-form videos for marketing campaigns and social media engagement.

• Optimize online presence through SEO best practices and Google Business Profile management.

• Monitor digital marketing performance using analytics tools and provide insights for improvement.

• Support paid advertising campaigns and track campaign effectiveness.

• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a related role.

• Proficiency in social media management and content creation tools.

• Experience with video editing and graphic design tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.

• Basic understanding of SEO, Google Business Profile, and digital analytics.

• Strong creative thinking, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
