Responsibilities
Account acquisition and Management

Customer Engagement (Physical and Virtual)

Existing Business Relationship Management. (Cross/Up Selling)

Channel Optimization

Liability Generation (CASA & FD)
Risk Asset Creation

Credit processing and Appraisals

Close Monitoring of Credit relationships and loan recoveries

Achieving set Financial and Non-Financial Targets

Merchant / Agent onboarding

Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager

Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with

3+ years in the banking sector with B2B relationship management experience

Good Customer Service / Relationship Management

Strong selling/negotiation skills

Strong Financial Analysis / Interpretation capabilities
Good presentation skills

Effective communication skills

Credit Appraisal skills
