Job Description
 Support team in promoting company’s cooling equipment and solutions in the African market
 Develop new customers, establish and maintain long-term relationships
 Maintain close contact with potential customers, understand their needs, provide professional technical and sales consulting.
 Support team in preparing product demonstrations, technical proposals, and quotation documents
 Responsible for business negotiation, contract signing and other sales processes with customers to ensure the smooth completion of transaction.
 Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to enhance the company’s visibility in the African market
 Draft and publish promotional content, such as LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and other social media updates, to showcase the company’s products and achievements.
 Assist in organizing and participating in industry events, exhibitions, and webinars to promote the company’s brand and solutions in African market
 Conduct market research of CRAC in African market, understand the market demand, competitors, and provide targeted market analysis report.
 Coordinate after-sales service team to ensure customers receive timely and high quality after-sales service after purchase and improve customers satisfaction.
 Work closely with the technical support team to provide customer support and answer questions about CRAC technology.
 Maintain good communication with all departments within the company and work together to ensure that sales activities are aligned with the strategy of the company.
 Regularly submit sales reports to superiors, including sales performance, market feedback, customer needs and other information, and provide improvement suggestions.
 Responsible for participating and achieving sales target in African market, ensure to meet or exceed the company's sales target.
 Other tasks assigned.
