Overview:

Join us as an Associate Project Manager where you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across our business divisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with organizational goals. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management while contributing to key business initiatives.

Principal Duties The successful candidate will support project planning, coordination, and execution across the organization. Key responsibilities include:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects to ensure timely delivery.

• Developing project timelines, work plans, and deliverables.

• Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document key outcomes and action items.

• Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and documentation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.

• Maintain project documentation and ensure proper record keeping.

• Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.

• Assist with resource planning and coordination across project teams.

• Support the evaluation and improvement of project processes and workflows.

Qualifications

We are interested in intelligent and highly motivated individuals who possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Typing speed 40WPM.
