This is a fully onsite position with excellent benefits and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on employee engagement and company communications.Job DescriptionThe Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator will play a key role in supporting internal communication efforts across the organization. This position focuses on producing employee communications, developing marketing and training materials, and coordinating messaging between departments. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and thrives in a collaborative environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and distribute internal newsletters, announcements, and employee communications.Collaborate with departments across the organization to collect information and create engaging content.Design professional marketing materials, presentations, and communication pieces using Canva and Visio.Assist with company-wide communication initiatives and internal marketing campaigns.Create and update training materials to support employee development.Help prepare fundraising and organizational communication materials as needed.Manage multiple communication projects while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging is clear, accurate, and consistent.QualificationsPrevious experience in internal communications, corporate communications, marketing, or a related field.Proficiency with Canva and Visio for creating professional communication materials.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize multiple projects.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and gathering information from various departments.Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to work onsite full-time.Employment Type: Direct HireSchedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (approximately 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with some flexibility)Work Environment: 100% onsite in Denver, NCStart Date: ASAPAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
