Job Description
Sales & Revenue Generation
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for CCTV in the specified region
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to customers.

Customer Engagement
• Provide expert advice on CCTV - Dahua specs and appliance functionality.
• Handle customer objections and close deals effectively.
• Build long-term relationships with repeat buyers and businesses.

Market & Product Knowledge
• Stay updated on industry trends e.g., Competition, new brands.
• Train on new product launches and promotions.

Channel Management
• Have a strong relationship with Wholesalers and retailer, and is familiar with the market structure in Nigeria

Reporting & Feedback
• Track sales data, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
• Report inventory needs and market gaps to management.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CCTV technologies HDR, refresh rates and other brands

Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Persuasive, energetic, and customer-focused.
