About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous, organised, and forward-thinking Human Resources and Operations Business Partner to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of people and operations, and is designed for someone who can grow into a strategic HR leadership position over time. If you are detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and genuinely interested in building both the people and operational backbone of a growing organisation, we would love to hear from you.

As Human Resources and Operations Business Partner, you will support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and engagement, while also overseeing key operational functions of the office. This is an opportunity to build a well-rounded foundation across HR and operations, with room to grow into broader leadership responsibility.

What You Will Do

• Support end-to-end recruitment, from job postings and screening to interviews and offer management.

• Coordinate onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth and structured integration into the company.

• Support the performance management process, including tracking timelines, documentation, and follow-ups with managers.

• Drive employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture and improve retention.

• Liaise closely with managers across departments to understand team structures, workflows, and evolving needs.

• Maintain accurate HR records and use data to identify trends and support HR recommendations.

• Prepare clear, well-organised presentations and reports for leadership on HR and operational matters.

• Oversee day-to-day operational functions of the office, ensuring processes run efficiently.

• Support the development and documentation of HR policies, processes, and procedures.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a combined HR and operations role, or in an HR generalist role with significant operational exposure.

• Highly meticulous, detail-oriented, and organised, with strong follow-up discipline.

• Comfortable working with data and translating it into clear, actionable insights.

• Strong presentation and communication skills.

• Ability to quickly understand different team functions and build effective working relationships with managers across the business.

• Sound understanding of core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and engagement.

• A CIPM, CIPD, PHR, or equivalent HR certification is required.

• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
