Role Description
Oversee the day-to-day execution of HR operations in Abuja
• Ensure effective implementation of company HR policies, procedures, and processes
• Manage employee relations, attendance, recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and staff welfare activities
• Provide guidance and oversight on HR activities to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards
• Ensure employee records and HR documentation are accurate, complete, and up to date
• Ensure all HR activities, reports, and required documentation are submitted to Head Office
accurately and within stipulated timelines
• Act as a key link between the Abuja location and Head Office on HR-related matters
• Identify and escalate employee relations, disciplinary, attendance, and compliance matters appropriately
• Support management in maintaining a productive, disciplined, and engaged workforce
• Monitor HR processes and identify areas for improvement
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
• Has proven experience in Human Resources,
preferably within the hospitality industry
• Has strong knowledge of HR operations and employee relations
• Can confidently handle workplace issues, conflicts, and difficult conversations
• Has strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Is highly detail-oriented and accountable for accurate reporting
• Can work independently while maintaining strong communication with Head Office
• Demonstrates sound judgement, discretion, and professionalism
• Is proactive, solutions-driven, and capable of taking ownership of HR responsibilities
