Marketing, Sales & Business Development Assistant
Dapo Alley Studios is looking for a proactive, creative, and results-driven Marketing, Sales & Business Development Assistant to help grow our brand, attract new clients, strengthen customer relationships, and increase revenue. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing, enjoys interacting with people, and is motivated by achieving measurable results.
The successful candidate will support the studio’s marketing efforts, generate sales leads, convert enquiries into bookings, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across social media and other digital platforms.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Convert enquiries into paying clients through effective sales and follow-up.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing events.
• Maintain an up-to-date client database and sales pipeline.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and follow-up communications.
• Track marketing and sales performance and provide regular reports.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Represent Dapo Alley Studios professionally during client meetings and networking events.
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure excellent customer experience from enquiry to delivery.
What We’re Looking For

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media.
• Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience using Canva and social media management tools is an advantage.
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, business development, or customer service is preferred.
