Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, responsible, and experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from start to finish.

• Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.

• Coordinate contractors, workers, consultants, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.

• Supervise project activities and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

• Identify project risks, delays, and challenges and provide effective solutions.

• Manage project resources, materials, and costs efficiently.

• Prepare regular progress reports and communicate updates to management or clients.

• Conduct project meetings and coordinate communication among team members.

• Ensure that health, safety, and quality requirements are followed.

• Inspect completed work and ensure that project objectives are achieved.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of work Experience.

• Degree or HND in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience managing projects, preferably in construction or related industries.

• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Good knowledge of project management principles and construction processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project management software.

• Ability to work effectively with contractors, clients, and project teams.
