Job Purpose
• Greenpeg Engineering is seeking an experienced Global Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of multidisciplinary engineering projects across multiple regions.
• The successful candidate will oversee the complete project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with client expectations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of international engineering projects.
• Develop project execution strategies, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Manage project risks, change requests, and stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor project performance, costs, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients across multiple regions.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare project reports, financial forecasts, and executive updates.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote project management best practices.

• Successful on-time and on-budget project delivery.
• Client satisfaction and stakeholder engagement.
• Project profitability and cost control.
• Risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Compliance with quality, safety, and contractual standards.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
• Minimum of 6 years of project management experience within engineering, EPC, construction, or industrial sectors.
• Proven experience managing large-scale or multi-region projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI/PMBOK or PRINCE2.
Technical Skills:
• Strong project planning, budgeting, and commercial management skills.
• Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and ERP systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of contract management and international engineering standards.
