Job descriptions & requirements

This is a Solana-based token project. We are building an engaged community around a genuinely well-designed product and We are looking for someone to build and run our affiliate program from the ground up and turn our community into a growth engine.

The Role

You will design, launch, and lead the affiliate marketing program. This means recruiting affiliates, setting up referral tracking and rewards, and driving presale participation through a network of motivated promoters. You own the entire funnel, from structure to results.

What You Will Do

• Design the affiliate program structure, including referral tiers, reward rules, and payout logic

• Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of affiliates and community promoters

• Set up and manage referral tracking, links, and attribution

• Create clear promotional materials and guidelines for affiliates to use

• Motivate and support affiliates to keep participation and conversions high

• Track program performance, spot what works, and scale the winning approaches

• Coordinate with the social and community teams to align campaigns

• Ensure all promotion stays honest and compliant, with no misleading claims

What You Bring

• Proven experience building or running an affiliate, referral, or ambassador program, ideally in crypto or Web3

• A working understanding of Solana, SPL tokens, and presale/ICO dynamics

• Strong grasp of referral tracking tools and attribution

• The ability to recruit, motivate, and manage a distributed network of promoters

• Sharp judgment on incentive design so rewards drive real results without being gamed

• Reliability, initiative, and comfort working independently in a fast-moving space

Nice to Have

• An existing network of crypto affiliates, influencers, or community leaders

• Experience with on-chain or wallet-based referral tracking

• Familiarity with paid acquisition to complement affiliate channels

Compensation

This is a token-based contract. Compensation is paid in tokens that vest over time, aligning your rewards directly with the growth of the program you build. This structure suits someone who believes in long-term upside and wants a real stake in its success.
