Performance Marketing Specialist
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Salary: ₦200,000 Net
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with a proven track record of acquiring users, optimizing paid campaigns, and turning advertising spend into measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize high-performing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, X (Twitter), and Telegram.
Drive user acquisition, customer acquisition, and conversion growth through data-driven performance marketing strategies.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, conduct A/B testing, and continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CPA, and ROAS.
Manage advertising budgets efficiently across multiple channels to maximize return on investment and achieve business growth targets.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
Proven experience planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, X (Twitter), and Telegram.
Demonstrated success in user acquisition and conversion-focused marketing campaigns.
Experience in the sports betting, gaming, or iGaming industry is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
