Project Manager – Luxury Residential Development (Lekki Phase 1)
Energi Talent Resourcing is supporting a premium real estate development company in the search for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a landmark luxury residential development in Lekki Phase 1. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the full project lifecycle, from construction through to handover, while working directly with senior leadership to deliver a high-quality residential development.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Directors, the Project Manager will be responsible for leading all construction activities, managing contractors and consultants, controlling project schedules and budgets, and ensuring successful project delivery from inception through completion.
The successful candidate will work closely with architects, structural and MEP consultants, contractors, suppliers, and executive management to ensure the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role offers significant autonomy, hybrid working flexibility, and the opportunity to oversee future developments across Lagos and Abuja.
You will be responsible for:
• leading the successful delivery of a luxury residential development from construction through handover
• managing project schedules, budgets, contractors, consultants, and commercial performance
• monitoring project risks, quality, HSE compliance, and construction progress
• coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholder communications
• ensuring project delivery aligns with contractual, regulatory, and company requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Lead day-to-day project execution from mobilisation through final handover.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout project delivery.
• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings to resolve construction issues.
• Manage project costs, change orders, variations, claims, and contractor payments.
• Monitor construction quality, HSE compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation and recovery plans where required.
• Prepare progress reports, commercial updates, and executive presentations for company leadership.
• Ensure effective communication between site teams, consultants, contractors, and Directors.
• Drive timely project completion while maintaining quality and cost objectives.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage.
• PMP, PRINCE2, COREN, NSE, NIQS, or equivalent professional certification is desirable.
Requirements
• MINIMUM OF 10 YEARS' PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE WITHIN REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT OR CONSTRUCTION
• PROVEN EXPERIENCE DELIVERING RESIDENTIAL BUILDING PROJECTS FROM INCEPTION TO COMPLETION
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience managing luxury residential, mixed-use, or commercial construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
• Experience managing project variations, claims, commercial reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong understanding of construction quality management, HSE requirements, and Nigerian building regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, and project reporting tools is highly desirable.
• Ability to work on-site in Lekki Phase 1 while supporting hybrid project delivery.
• Experience working on premium residential developments is highly desirable.
Pay: ₦685,000.00 - ₦850,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lagos
