About the Role

We're looking for a creative, data-driven, and growth-focused Digital Marketing Specialist who understands how to attract attention, generate leads, increase brand awareness, and grow businesses online.

You'll work with startups, businesses, and organizations across different industries while helping NeoMinds Innovative Studio expand its own digital presence.

What You'll Do

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies.

• Plan and manage social media campaigns.

• Grow our online community across multiple platforms.

• Run Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.

• Manage Google Ads campaigns.

• Improve website SEO and search rankings.

• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.

• Create content marketing strategies.

• Write compelling marketing copy.

• Execute email marketing campaigns.

• Build lead generation funnels.

• Track campaign performance using analytics tools.

• Improve website traffic and conversion rates.

• Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators.

• Identify new marketing opportunities and growth channels.

• Produce monthly marketing reports with actionable insights.
