Role Description:
The Human Resource Manager / Admin Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ikeja, responsible for overseeing HR operations and administrative functions to support organizational efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include managing recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, coordinating performance appraisals, and handling employee relations and grievance procedures. The role also involves developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, organizing training and development programs, and overseeing benefits and payroll coordination in partnership with relevant departments.
On the administrative side, the manager will supervise office operations, coordinate facility management and procurement, manage documentation and filing systems, and support leadership with reports and planning. This position works closely with management and team leads to promote a positive work environment aligned with the company’s values and strategic objectives.
Qualifications
• Strong human resources management skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy development.
• Administrative and office management skills, covering documentation control, facility oversight, procurement coordination, and general office operations.
• Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance standards, and best practices in organizational development and workforce planning.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and HR information systems for reporting, data management, and process tracking.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
• Proven organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team supervision, coaching, and the ability to influence positive workplace culture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in HR and administration, preferably within the ICT or technology sector, and familiarity with fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
