Job Position: Human Resource Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
• Assist with recruitment, interviews, and onboarding of new staff.
• Maintain and organise employee records and documentation.
• Support staff attendance tracking and performance monitoring.
• Develop and implement company policies, procedures, and workplace standards.
• Coordinate employee communication and internal announcements.
• Support conflict resolution and employee relations processes.
• Assist management with staff scheduling and operational coordination.
• Monitor staff discipline, professionalism, and workplace conduct.
• Help organise staff meetings, training sessions, and team activities.
• Support payroll preparation and staff documentation processes when required.
• Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of HR records.
• Develop ideas to improve staff productivity, engagement, and workplace culture.

Requirements
• Minimum of . in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of previous HR, administrative, or people management experience is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and record-keeping ability.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
