MARKETING MANAGER

• Develop and execute traffic-driving and promotional strategies for itel home

• Plan and implement in-store/POS promotional activities (displays, roadshows, seasonal promotions, bundle offers, etc.) to drive footfall and conversion

• Expand local retail and supermarket chain partnerships to increase brand exposure and sales touchpoints

• Track campaign performance, deliver data-driven post-campaign analysis, and continuously optimize ROI

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely delivery of promotional materials and stock

Requirements

• Local African talent with strong understanding of local business culture and consumer behavior

• Prior marketing or store operations experience at major retail/QSR chains such as Shoprite, KFC strongly preferred (familiarity with their promotional playbooks, channel operations, and footfall management)

• Fluent English;

• Strong channel development, promotional campaign execution, and team management skills

• Willing to travel regionally
