• We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially astute Financial Control Manager / Deputy Chief Financial Officer (Deputy CFO) to join our leadership team.
• The successful candidate will provide strong financial oversight, drive financial reporting excellence, strengthen internal controls, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.
Job Details
• Lead financial control, reporting, and accounting operations.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of financial statements and management reports.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance management.
• Strengthen financial controls, governance, and compliance with applicable regulatory and accounting requirements.
• Partner with business leaders to provide insights that support strategic and commercial decisions.
• Support the CFO in driving the organisation’s overall financial strategy and performance.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with significant experience in financial control, reporting, and senior finance leadership.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) is required.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Proven leadership, analytical, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Experience within banking, financial services, or a highly regulated environment will be an advantage.
