Role Description The Senior Operations Project Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading cross-functional projects that optimize Pacten’s operations and delivery of AI-native digital experiences. This role oversees end-to-end project planning, resource allocation, timelines, and risk management to ensure successful implementation of operational initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with product, engineering, customer success, and sales teams; translating business objectives into actionable project plans; and monitoring performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Manager will manage budgets and operational workflows, streamline processes, and standardize best practices across programs. This position also collaborates with leadership to identify strategic opportunities, define priorities, and communicate status updates and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations Management and Program Management skills to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and optimize processes.
• Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance, and make informed decisions that improve operational efficiency.
• Clear and effective Communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams, presenting project updates, and aligning stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Budgeting to plan, manage, and report on project and operational financials.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, technology or SaaS environment.
• Proven track record in senior-level operations, project, or program management roles.
• Familiarity with AI, digital products, or online customer journeys is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum) are a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team and use modern collaboration and project management tools.
